E-commerce Sales Operations Lead

We are seeking a seasoned professional to spearhead our e-commerce sales department.

About the Role:

This position requires a deep understanding of online sales models or proven expertise in dark store operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving efficiency, profitability, and scalability in our e-commerce business by leveraging their leadership skills, analytical abilities, and technical knowledge.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and oversee complete online sales operations, including dark store functioning, inventory management, order fulfillment, and customer satisfaction.
  • Drive growth through process optimization and effective execution of sales strategies by analyzing data, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing cost-saving initiatives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including supply chain, warehouse, and logistics, to ensure smooth operations and achieve business objectives.
  • Recruit, train, and mentor teams to build operational excellence, improve processes, and enhance overall performance.
  • Maintain a results-driven mindset, focusing on measurable outcomes, and drive continuous improvement through data-driven decision-making.
Requirements:
  • Graduate/Postgraduate in Business, Operations, E-Commerce, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years experience in online sales operations, dark store management, or related roles.
  • Strong leadership skills, ability to manage large teams, and foster a collaborative work environment.
  • Knowledge of e-commerce platforms, order management systems, and logistics integration.
  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills, with a focus on results-driven decision-making.
