Job Title: Sales Operations Analytics Manager

Experience:

  • 6+ years in sales operations, preferably with expertise in Salesforce CRM.

To excel in this role, you should have a strong background in data analysis and visualization. Your skillset should include proficiency in SQL, advanced experience with Tableau, and knowledge of Python for data manipulation and transformations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and analytical models to monitor sales metrics and identify trends.
  • Analyse sales data, market trends, and workflows to provide strategic insights and recommendations to leadership.
  • Support forecasting, capacity planning, and target setting by leveraging statistical models and historical data.
  • Collaborate with data engineering and BI teams to ensure data accuracy and accessibility.
  • Conduct ad-hoc analysis to address specific business questions and provide timely data-driven insights.

A successful candidate will be able to communicate complex data insights effectively to stakeholders and drive business growth through data-driven decision-making.
