SAP SF PMGM, Succession, CDP Job Opportunity

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced SAP SF PMGM, Succession, CDP Consultant to lead the design and configuration of PMGM and SMCDP modules. The ideal candidate will be responsible for conducting workshops with HR and business stakeholders, translating business requirements into functional specifications, and configuring workflows and permissions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the design and configuration of PMGM and SMCDP modules.
  • Conduct workshops with HR and business stakeholders to gather requirements and understand process gaps.
  • Translate business requirements into functional specifications and solution designs.
  • Configure workflows, permissions, MDF objects, business rules, route maps, rating scales, calibrations, 360 review functionality.
  • Perform data migration, prepare and execute test cases, manage user acceptance testing, and ensure quality delivery.
  • Provide post-go-live support: hypercare, defect resolution, enhancements, managing change requests.
  • Create and maintain documentation, including configuration workbooks, functional specs, test plans, user guides/training materials.
  • Train end-users, HR teams, and super-users on PMGM and SMCDP functionality.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (other SF modules, technical/integration teams).
  • Drive continuous improvements: suggest process enhancements, optimize performance workflows, incorporate new SF features.
  • Ensure data security, role-based access, and permissions, and compliance with relevant company policies.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

The ideal candidate should have a strong background in SAP SF PMGM, Succession, CDP implementation, with excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders.
