**Job Title:** SAP SuccessFactors Consultant

This is an exciting opportunity for a highly skilled professional to join our team as a SAP SuccessFactors Consultant.

The ideal candidate will have a solid background in implementing and supporting SAP SuccessFactors, with experience in configuring and integrating Global Issues, including India. They will be responsible for resolving incidents and change requests related to SuccessFactors sub-modules, documenting configurations and business processes, and providing support for uploads of MDF and other objects, form template changes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Configure and integrate Global Issues, including India
  • Resolve incidents and change requests related to SuccessFactors sub-modules
  • Document configurations and business processes
  • Provide support for uploads of MDF and other objects, form template changes

Must-have Skills:

  • Implementation or support experience in at least two SuccessFactors modules

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with SuccessFactors Employee Central
  • Knowledge in integrations within SuccessFactors and between SF and SAP, as well as other 3rd party systems
  • Basic knowledge in SAP HCM – Time Management and Payroll (India)
  • Ability to coordinate with technical teams for custom requirements

Requirements:

  • Diploma/Graduate/Postgraduate degree from a recognized university
  • Four years of work experience
