Job Title: Data Scientist

Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Data Scientist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have advanced research, analytical, and problem-solving skills to design and implement data-driven solutions that drive strategic business decisions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and deploy advanced machine learning and statistical models to solve complex business challenges.
  • Conduct in-depth research and experimentation to innovate and improve data science methodologies.
  • Collect, clean, and analyze large, structured and unstructured datasets to extract actionable insights.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate models into production systems.
  • Perform hypothesis testing, predictive modeling, and optimization to support strategic initiatives.
  • Stay updated with the latest research trends in AI/ML, deep learning, NLP, and data analytics.
  • Communicate technical concepts effectively to non-technical stakeholders.
Requirements:
  • PhD in Computer Science, Statistics, Applied Mathematics, Data Science, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in applying machine learning, deep learning, and statistical techniques to real-world problems.
  • Strong programming skills in Python, R, or similar languages.
  • Proficiency in SQL and working with large-scale data platforms.
  • Strong background in mathematics, probability, linear algebra, and optimization.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Preferred Skills:
  • Experience working with cloud platforms.
  • Exposure to natural language processing (NLP), computer vision, or reinforcement learning.
  • Domain expertise in Healthcare, Finance, or Retail.
