Job Title: Product Design Lead

We are seeking an experienced and visionary Product Designer to join our team in creating impactful digital experiences.

  • This is a highly collaborative role that requires strong communication skills, creativity, and attention to detail.

About the Role:

We are looking for a skilled designer who can turn ideas into reality by designing user-centered interfaces and product flows, aligning innovation, aesthetics, and functionality with business needs.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and improve digital product design (apps, web, and integrations).
  • Create wireframes, interactive prototypes, and high-fidelity visual interfaces.
  • Collaborate closely with product, technology, and marketing teams.
  • Ensure consistency of visual identity across all touchpoints.
  • Conduct usability research and apply user feedback to design improvements.
  • Document scalable design guidelines and systems for the team.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in digital product design.
  • Proficiency with tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar.
  • Solid knowledge of UX/UI and user-centered design.
  • Ability to translate business requirements into clear and functional visual solutions.
  • Strong communication skills and collaborative mindset in multidisciplinary teams.
  • Updated portfolio with relevant project examples.

Nice to Have:

  • Experience in fintech, payment apps, or global digital platforms.
  • Familiarity with agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban).
  • Knowledge of motion design, advanced prototyping, or design systems.
