We are looking for a specialist who brings creativity, strategic thinking, and exceptional communication skills to help drive educator engagement initiatives.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate directly with the Marketing team to support strategic educator engagement strategies.
  • Schedule and participate in educator partnership meetings, taking notes, identifying action items, and helping to nurture ongoing relationships.
  • Develop smart, engaging captions for social media channels, aligned with our brand voice.
  • Convert raw ideas into polished, shareable social media posts and content.
  • Support the content calendar with scheduling, creative brainstorming, and identifying content gaps.
  • Draft and manage onboarding email sequences for new educator partners using email marketing tools.
  • Assist in analyzing marketing campaigns using metrics from analytics tools.
  • Stay up to date with social media trends, educational content strategies, and partnership marketing practices to inform strategy and content design.

Qualifications:

  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to craft clear and persuasive copy.
  • Proficient in using platforms like Instagram, Twitter, Canva, and basic email marketing tools.
  • Strong time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced setting.
  • A strong understanding of storytelling, tone, and visual brand identity.
  • Curiosity and self-starter attitude, with the ability to ask questions, pitch ideas, or try something new.
