Key Role:

As a Communications & Social Media Professional, you'll play a vital role in building and engaging a vibrant community through digital campaigns. Your mission will be to identify and amplify powerful stories of impact from schools & classrooms, craft compelling content, manage and grow our social media presence across platforms, and collaborate with educators, field teams & stakeholders to reshape the narrative of government education.

Our ideal candidate will have a strong background in communications, journalism, marketing, social work, or related fields, 2+ years of experience in social media management, content creation, or digital engagement, excellent writing, storytelling & visual communication skills, ability to track engagement & refine strategies with an analytical mindset, proficiency in English, Hindi & local language for effective outreach, and passion for education, community building & creating large-scale social impact.

  • Drive social media strategy & content development to reach diverse audiences
  • Build strategic partnerships with educators, field teams & stakeholders to enhance program implementation
  • Develop compelling narratives to showcase impact & achievements
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive messaging & branding
  • Monitor engagement metrics & refine strategies to optimize results
