Life Insurance Sales Professional

We are seeking an ambitious and results-driven professional to spearhead life insurance sales through direct client engagement and field visits. The ideal candidate should possess a strong sales background, experience in lead generation, and the ability to convert prospects into customers.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Generate leads through strategic field visits, targeted marketing activities, and networking initiatives.
  • Conduct customer meetings to understand financial needs and recommend suitable life insurance products.
  • Explain policy details, benefits, and premium options to clients and address their queries.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.
  • Maintain strong client relationships and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless policy processing.
  • Participate in market research, competitor analysis, and regulatory compliance initiatives.
  • Stay updated on market trends and competitor offerings.

Essential Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proven field sales experience (minimum 2 years) in life insurance, financial services, or similar sectors.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and meet targets.
  • Good understanding of life insurance products, customer needs, and regulatory requirements.
  • Willingness to travel extensively for field visits and customer meetings.
  • Basic computer literacy and familiarity with reporting tools or CRM systems.
