Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled hospitality professional to manage front desk operations and ensure seamless guest experiences.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the hotel industry, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work well under pressure.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage check-ins, check-outs, and guest services with exceptional attention to detail.
- Supervise and coordinate with housekeeping, food and beverage, and engineering teams to ensure smooth operations.
- Handle guest complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Liaise with local authorities and other departments to maintain high service quality standards.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality or related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in hotel management.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and time-management skills.
- Flexible to relocate within southern India.
