Human Resources Professional

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources professional in Manufacturing based in the given location. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing HR operations, employee relations, and ensuring the implementation and adherence to HR policies.

Day-to-day tasks include overseeing the recruitment process, onboarding new employees, managing employee records, handling employee grievances, and ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations.

The Human Resources professional will also work on developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.

Key Qualifications

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
