Job Overview:

  • We are seeking a highly skilled Manufacturing Operations Specialist to oversee the production process, ensuring that it aligns with our company's plans and standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Production Oversight: The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing resources, including manpower, machinery, materials, and finances, to ensure smooth production operations.
  • Progress Monitoring: Our Manufacturing Operations Specialist will monitor the production progress, making necessary adjustments to meet deadlines and ensure timely completion of projects.
  • Quality Control: This role involves conducting regular inspections and tests to ensure that products meet our quality standards, set by the company.
  • Safety Enforcement: The successful candidate must enforce safety policies and procedures to minimize accidents and injuries in the workplace, ensuring a safe environment for workers and the community.
  • Inventory Management: They will manage inventory levels of raw materials, semi-finished products, and finished goods to prevent production interruptions due to material shortages.

Required Qualifications & Experience:

  • A bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Production Engineering, or a related field is required.
  • The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 3-15 years of experience in the manufacturing industry.
  • Proficiency in computer software programs such as Microsoft Office and enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems is essential.
  • Knowledge of production processes and procedures, including welding, assembly, and testing, is also required.
