Role Summary:

As a seasoned AI/ML Engineer, you will be responsible for designing and developing cutting-edge Large Language Model (LLM)-based applications that drive innovation in CRM solutions on Salesforce. Your expertise will be crucial in optimizing the contextual accuracy of LLMs using Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) architectures.

In this role, you will leverage Vector Databases to efficiently manage and retrieve high-dimensional data for AI-driven applications. You will also collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure AI solutions align with business objectives and scale effectively.

To succeed in this position, you must have a strong understanding of AI and ML concepts, including LLMs, RAG architectures, and innovations in database and cloud technologies. Proficiency in Python and popular ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Hugging Face is essential.

The ideal candidate will have experience integrating AI models with CRM systems, MLOps for scaling and automating ML model deployment and management, and familiarity with graph databases and semantic search technologies.

Responsibilities:
  • Design, develop, and deploy LLM-based applications for AI-driven CRM solutions on Salesforce.
  • Implement RAG architectures to optimize the contextual accuracy of LLMs.
  • Leverage Vector Databases to manage and retrieve high-dimensional data for AI applications.
  • Integrate external knowledge sources into AI models, enhancing their ability to deliver contextual and business-relevant insights.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure AI solutions align with business objectives and scale effectively.
Requirements:
  • Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Data Science, AI/ML, or a related field.
  • Proven experience working with LLMs and implementing them in production-level applications.
  • Expertise in RAG architecture for improving model relevance and performance in AI-driven systems.
  • Strong experience with Vector Databases to handle large-scale, high-dimensional data.
  • Proficiency in Python and ML frameworks.
  • Familiarity with deploying AI/ML models on cloud platforms with a focus on scalability.
Preferred Skills:
  • Experience integrating AI models with CRM systems.
  • Experience with MLOps for scaling and automating ML model deployment and management.
  • Familiarity with graph databases and semantic search technologies.
  • Understanding of AI-driven product development lifecycle.
