Job Title: Platform Operations Expert

The role of a Mendix Platform Operations Expert is to oversee the administration and maintenance of the Mendix platform.

  • Security Governance: Implementing and maintaining security measures to protect the platform and its data.
  • Troubleshooting and Resolution: Identifying and resolving issues related to the platform and applications, working with users and technical teams.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Working with stakeholders to understand requirements and ensure the platform supports business needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Platform Configuration and Maintenance: Configuring settings, managing Marketplace content, and ensuring the platform runs smoothly.
  • Application Deployment and Monitoring: Overseeing new application deployments, monitoring performance, and managing the application lifecycle.
  • User and Access Management: Inviting new users, managing user roles and permissions, setting up App Access Groups.

Requirements:

  • Strong understanding of Mendix platform features and functionality.
  • Ability to analyze and resolve complex technical issues.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
