Warehouse Operations Manager

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Warehouse Operations Manager to oversee the daily activities of our warehouse facility.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage all aspects of warehouse operations including inventory control, order fulfillment, shipping, receiving, storage, and organization of goods.
  • Monitor and report on warehouse performance metrics such as productivity, efficiency, and safety standards.
  • Lead, train, and supervise warehouse staff to ensure a culture of accountability and teamwork.
  • Ensure equipment maintenance, compliance with safety regulations, and adherence to industry best practices.
  • Coordinate with procurement, logistics, and sales teams to streamline warehouse operations.
  • Implement and maintain efficient inventory management systems and procedures.
  • Respond to and resolve issues related to damaged goods, delays, or discrepancies in a timely manner.
  • Conduct regular audits to ensure accurate documentation of all warehouse transactions.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in warehouse or logistics management.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Knowledge of safety standards and legal regulations in warehousing.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management abilities.
