Job Title: Regional Project Manager

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Regional AV Project Manager to lead our end-to-end audiovisual integration projects across the region.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Project Leadership: Manage AV integration projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timely delivery within budget and scope.
  • Client Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, maintaining strong communication and managing expectations throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Team Coordination: Coordinate and manage internal engineering teams, external vendors, and subcontractors during design, installation, and commissioning phases.
  • Financial Management: Monitor project financials, including budgeting, cost tracking, invoicing, and profitability analysis.
  • Technical Delivery: Ensure that all systems are delivered to high technical standards and in compliance with industry best practices and client requirements.
  • Documentation: Prepare and maintain comprehensive project documentation and reporting.
  • Risk Mitigation: Identify and mitigate project risks proactively.

Requirements:

  • Experience: Minimum 5 years of proven experience in managing AV integration projects, preferably in a regional or multi-country capacity.
  • Technical Knowledge: Strong technical understanding of AV systems, including video conferencing platforms, AV-over-IP solutions, control systems, audio DSPs, and display and projection technologies.
  • Leadership Skills: Excellent leadership, project coordination, and client-facing communication skills.
  • Multitasking: Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Certifications: PMP, CTS-D, or equivalent professional certification is highly desirable.
  • Travel: Willingness and ability to travel internationally for project deployments as required.
