AV Solutions Consultant

We are seeking a skilled AV Solutions Consultant to join our team. As an expert in audio visual solutions, you will be responsible for designing and implementing cutting-edge AV systems that meet the needs of our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Gather Requirements: Work with end-users to gather requirements for AV projects.
  2. Design Solutions: Design AV solutions based on gathered requirements.
  3. Obtain Business Approval: Obtain business approval for AV solutions from stakeholders.
  4. Provide Final Designs: Provide final designs to vendors for quotes.
  5. Evaluate Proposals: Evaluate technical and commercial proposals from vendors.
  6. Coordinate Implementation: Coordinate room/site downtime for project implementation after PO issuance.
  7. Verify Drawings: Verify drawings received from vendors (intermediate AutoCAD knowledge preferred).
  8. Coordinate Room Readiness: Coordinate with CIS/BU Teams for room readiness before deploying AV systems.
  9. Follow Up with Vendors: Follow up with vendors for timely delivery according to PO.
  10. Execute Projects: Coordinate end-to-end project execution with vendors and internal teams, ensuring customer satisfaction.
  11. Document Projects: Document projects extensively throughout lifecycles.
  12. Inspect Installations: Inspect physical installations for quality.
  13. Test and Commission: Test and commission AV systems.
  14. Handover Systems: Receive handovers from vendors with proper documentation and equipment specifications.
  15. Verify Asset Delivery: Verify asset delivery against PO and provide tags for each piece of equipment.
  16. Train Users: Train Operations Team/Customer on system usage post-handover.
  17. Provide Support: Provide remote 1st-level support for maintenance calls.
  18. Troubleshoot Issues: Visit project sites to address issues or troubleshoot if required.
  19. Conduct Health Checks: Conduct periodic health checks of AV systems and suggest improvements.
  20. Proof-of-Concepts: Perform extensive proof-of-concepts for latest technologies.
