Project Manager Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and experienced project manager to lead various IT projects, ensuring timely completion and alignment with scope.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and monitor project plans, schedules, budgets, and expenditures.
  • Organize and attend stakeholder meetings, actively participating in discussions.
  • Document and follow up on critical actions and decisions from meetings.
  • Prepare necessary presentation materials for meetings.
  • Evaluate and ensure project deadlines are met.
  • Determine project changes and adapt accordingly.
  • Provide administrative support as needed.
  • Undertake project tasks as required.
  • Develop strategic project plans.
  • Ensure projects adhere to established frameworks and maintain accurate documentation.
  • Analyze project risks and issues, providing solutions where applicable.
  • Manage stakeholder expectations for optimal results.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in IT project management.
  • Fundamental knowledge of IT infrastructure and security principles.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and software.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Able to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.

Key Requirements:
