Cloud Transformation Lead

We are seeking an experienced Cloud Transformation Lead to drive our Microsoft 365 initiatives forward.

  • The ideal candidate will have expertise in leading end-to-end M365 tenant-to-tenant migration projects, ensuring minimal disruption and high-quality delivery.

This role requires both hands-on technical ability and leadership skills to mentor junior engineers, collaborate with stakeholders, and deliver successful cloud transformation projects.

  • Architect, configure, and manage Microsoft Purview solutions for data governance, compliance, and information protection.
  • Oversee and implement Microsoft Intune for device management, application deployment, and endpoint security.
  • Manage and optimize Exchange Online environments, including migrations, hybrid setups, and mail flow troubleshooting.
  • Administer and secure Microsoft Entra ID (Azure Active Directory), including identity lifecycle, conditional access, and role-based access control.

Key qualifications include:

  • 7+ years of IT experience, with at least 5+ years focused on Microsoft 365 / Modern Workplace solutions.
  • Hands-on expertise in tenant-to-tenant migrations, Microsoft Purview, Intune, Exchange Online, and Entra (Azure AD).
  • Strong understanding of security, governance, and compliance frameworks within Microsoft 365.
  • Proven experience leading a team or serving as a technical lead on large-scale projects.
  • Excellent troubleshooting, problem-solving, and communication skills.
