Job Role

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate guest inquiries and bookings with precision and attention to detail.

  • Maintain accurate records and reports related to reservations, occupancy, and revenue.
  • Collaborate with Front Office, Sales, and Wellness teams to drive business objectives and enhance customer experience.
  • Proactively identify and address guest concerns, ensuring prompt resolution and exceeding expectations.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or diploma in Hotel Management or a related field.
  • Proven communication and presentation skills.
  • 2-3 years of experience in hospitality, preferably in a coordinator or supervisor role.
