Reservations Coordinator Role

We are seeking a skilled Reservations Coordinator to join our team and play a vital role in managing our reservations process.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be detail-oriented, and possess a strong understanding of hospitality software systems.

  1. Coordinate with property managers for smooth check-ins and special requests.
  2. Maintain accurate data on PMS and OTA extranets.
  3. Review guest communication for tone and accuracy.

  • Salary: ₹35,000 – ₹40,000 per month (including incentives).

Key Requirements
  • Education: Degree/Diploma in Hotel Management.
  • Experience: 3+ years in reservations/front office in hospitality.
  • Strong understanding of OTA extranets (Booking.com, Agoda, Airbnb, etc.).
  • Understanding of PMS (Property Management Systems) and rate management.
  • Excellent communication skills (English; other languages a plus).
  • Proficient in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and email drafting.
