We are seeking a seasoned Special Product Manager to lead our Inside Sales efforts in both business-to-business (B2B) and business-to-consumer (B2C) segments, with a focus on High Ticket medical equipment. This role requires a strong understanding of sales funnels, effective communication skills, and the ability to work effectively with distributors and clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and Manage Sales Teams:
Provide strategic direction and guidance to inside sales teams to achieve business objectives and drive revenue growth.
Sales Funnel Management:
Develop and execute sales strategies to optimize sales performance and customer engagement.
Distributor Channel Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors to increase market reach and penetration.
Client Centric Ethos:
Foster a client-centric culture that prioritizes customer needs and satisfaction.
Requirements:
Sales Experience:
A minimum of 4-8 years of experience in sales, particularly in the medical equipment sector.
Medical Knowledge:
In-depth knowledge of high-ticket medical devices, including USG, Syringe Pumps, Patient Monitors, defibrillators, ECGs, and other medical equipment.
