Delivering Expert Solutions

The Workday Functional Consultant will be responsible for delivering solutions across various functional areas, focusing on at least one of the following modules: Absence/Time Tracking/Benefits/HCM/Compensation/Recruiting/Talent and Performance/Payroll.
To excel in this role, candidates must possess strong technical and functional skills, with a proven ability to develop and deliver complex solutions across client implementations.
- Gather requirements, define investigation plans, and conduct business/technical assessments for clients' Absence or Time Tracking needs.
- Design and implement Workday solutions tailored to meet clients' specific needs.
- Collaborate with clients to verify key aspects of the concerned Module.
- Configure Workbooks, perform self-reviews, and conduct smoke testing to ensure quality delivery.
- Assist clients with application testing and provide support during production rollout.
- Migrate Workday solutions into production environments and lead transformational projects with clear, measurable impact.
This role also involves:
- Identifying scope, gaps, and addressing them proactively.
- Building stakeholder relationships and communicating project progress.
- Gathering and documenting requirements, prioritizing capacity, and defining development timelines.
- Developing test scenarios, scripts, and providing support for Workday feature releases.
- Mentoring team members and driving Ops excellence culture.
- Ensuring results-driven initiatives with a focus on timelines and quality.
