Job Title: Treasury Manager

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for raising funds from various sources. Your duties will include assisting the team in issuing securities to banks, mutual funds, financial institutions, insurance companies, and corporates.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Issuing securities to raise funds
  • Preparing documentation such as CAM, bank proposals, IM, KID, and offer documents
  • Maintaining the treasury docket, ensuring it is up-to-date regularly
  • Handling lender queries and resolving them efficiently
  • Managing post-sanction requirements and loan documentation closure
  • Coordinating with internal departments for smooth documentation
  • Preparing and maintaining the covenant tracker
  • Liaising with internal and external stakeholders
  • Communicating with banks for timely interest payments and reports submission
  • Coordinating with external agencies for due diligence processes completion

Key Skills & Competencies:

  • Required Skills:
  • Strong knowledge of treasury, banking, and NBFC sector practices
  • Good understanding of debt raising, loan documentation, and compliance
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills
  • Ability to handle lender queries independently
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
