Job Overview

This is an exceptional opportunity to lead and oversee the execution of interior and architectural design projects.

  • Develop detailed project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation plans.
  • Manage multiple high-end interior or architectural projects ensuring timely delivery and adherence to design specifications.
  • Act as a key liaison for clients ensuring transparent communication and regular updates.
  • Conduct regular review meetings with clients, designers, and vendors to align expectations.
  • Implement quality assurance processes and enforce compliance with safety standards.
  • Proactively identify and resolve potential risks and roadblocks without compromising project goals.
  • Maintain accurate project documentation including progress reports, schedules, change requests, and cost tracking.
  • Present project status reports to senior leadership and clients regularly.
Qualifications & Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Interior Design, Architecture, Project Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in project management preferably in interior design or architectural execution.
  • Proven experience handling luxury residential or commercial projects.
  • Strong technical knowledge of materials, construction methods, and interior finishing details.
  • Proficiency in project management tools, Microsoft Office, and basic AutoCAD/SketchUp understanding.
