Senior Design Leader Job

The Senior Design Leader role is a pivotal position within our organization, requiring a seasoned professional with extensive experience in construction project management for real estate sites.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Overseeing design-related tasks and collaborating with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Managing AutoCAD drawings, reading, writing, modifying, and making changes as needed, while maintaining close interaction with internal teams.
  • Tracking design deliverables, arranging design meetings, and preparing meeting minutes (MoM) to facilitate effective communication and decision-making.
  • Developing and implementing planning tools, such as bar charts, manpower planning, material planning, DPR, WPR & MPR, cash flow statements, and tracking tools to monitor project progress.
  • Applying Microsoft Project tool for scheduling and tracking project timelines to ensure timely completion.
  • Reviewing tender documents, preparing query lists, tender event schedules, prequalification reports, issuing RFPs, and commercial comparative reports to inform strategic decisions.

The successful candidate will be responsible for driving design activities, managing project timelines, and ensuring that projects are completed within quality standards. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential for success in this role.
