Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to fill the role of Senior Executive. This position will oversee the operational aspects of brand & marketing, including exhibitions, social media coordination, and budget management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage administrative deadlines for exhibitions and marketing events.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to gather product information.
  • Ensure timely delivery of materials and samples to event locations.
  • Collate leads and visitor data captured during events and ensure accurate upload to systems.

Social Media Coordination:

  • Liaise between teams to source content ideas and product information.
  • Oversee planning, scheduling, and execution of social media content to ensure brand consistency.

Marketing Operations:

  • Track expenses and ensure adherence to allocated budgets.
  • Collaborate with teams for processing invoices, vendor payments, and reconciliations.
  • Maintain records and reports on campaign spends and effectiveness.

Brand Identity Implementation:

  • Ensure consistent implementation of brand identity across all touchpoints.
  • Review branding at office premises, packaging, events, and materials.
  • Audit and improve brand consistency with leadership.

Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field. MBA is beneficial.

2-4 years of experience in marketing operations or coordination. Industry background – preferably FMCG or creative agency background with experience in managing activities.

Strong project management skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Sharp eye for detail and good design sensibility to ensure brand consistency across materials. Experience in working with agencies, vendors, and stakeholders. Highly organized, proactive, and driven to deliver results under tight timelines.
