We are seeking a Senior Finance Leader to drive digital transformation and improve our Record to Report capabilities.
About the RoleThis is a high-visibility position that requires strong communication skills, adaptability, and the ability to provide quick solutions to client situations. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of accounting concepts, processes, and key controls, as well as knowledge of ERP systems such as SAP/Oracle/Cloud ERPs.
Responsibilities include leading R2R discussions with clients, participating in proposals and transformation projects, and driving margin improvement initiatives across businesses.
The successful candidate will own the designing of an effective end-to-end Record to Report framework to improve metrics and cost efficiency of R2R processes, craft diagnostic and benchmarking tools to assess gaps, and engage with CEO, CFO, and Global controller to identify customer problems and commercialize product offerings.
Requirements- CA/MBA (Finance) with RTR domain
- Recent exposure or experience applying digital solutions to streamline accounting processes and related reporting
- Experience in at least 2 companies (Consumer Product/Manufacturing/Pharmaceuticals/Automotive) + Consulting exp. a plus
This role offers a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as opportunities for growth and professional development within a dynamic and inclusive work environment.
