Systems Quality Assurance Analyst Job Description

We are seeking a talented Systems Quality Assurance Analyst to join our team at Wells Fargo.

This role involves developing and implementing quality assurance testing initiatives for software systems, working closely with teams to develop testing strategies, and providing guidance on defects to developers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Developing system quality assurance testing initiatives for projects on software systems.
  • Completing systems testing and creating systems quality assurance testing strategies.
  • Executing complex test plans and scripts to facilitate testing activities.
  • Documenting and verifying resolution of software and specification defects.
  • Developing standards and procedures to determine release readiness and streamline testing process.
  • Providing guidance, leading, and prioritizing testing activities for projects.
  • Working with teams to develop testing strategies and providing specific technical guidance on defects to developers.
  • Leading the implementation of complex initiatives impacting one or more lines of business.
  • Ensuring compliance and risk management requirements are met.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in Systems Quality Assurance and systems or application testing.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Overall 2+ years of experience in quality assurance roles.
  • Hands-on experience in automation.
  • Advanced knowledge and understanding of test plans, test cases, test procedures, test scripts, and expected results.
  • Hands-on expertise with test management tools like JIRA, ALM, Confluence, etc.
  • Experience in User Acceptance development & implementation.
  • Knowledge and in-depth understanding of business tools and processes.
  • Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Ability to take on a high level of responsibility, initiative, and accountability.
  • Strong time management skills and ability to meet deadlines.
  • Experience developing and cultivating professional relationships.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Shift Timings: 1.30 PM to 10.30 PM IST
