Job Summary

The Quality Assurance Specialist will be responsible for performing quality assurance tasks for the entire team in India and sharing reports with the India and US teams.

Key Responsibilities

The Quality Assurance Specialist will be responsible for the following:

  • Perform daily audits on tasks completed by the team.
  • Prepare root cause analysis and share feedback with the team on an ongoing basis.
  • Prepare process documentation on process-related aspects and update this document on an ongoing basis with daily audits and communication received from the US team.
  • Deliver quality work on time, proactively addressing and resolving emerging challenges.
  • Drive process improvement initiatives by working closely with team members.
  • Escalate recurring quality issues on a timely fashion to the Manager for closure with an action plan.
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with internal teams.
  • Escalate client concerns or issues to the Manager.

Required Skills and Qualifications

The Quality Assurance Specialist should have the following skills and qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred or equivalent work experience.
  • 1-2 years of experience in operations or quality assurance.
  • Basic to intermediate knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Ability to work after regular business hours as needed to guarantee deliverables are met.
  • Proficient in oral and written communication.
  • Decision making, time management, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work in US Hour Shift.
  • Ability to hit deadlines.
  • Reliable and dependable.
  • Ability to adapt to change.
  • Problem solving skills.
