We are seeking an Associate Data Scientist to drive technical innovation and engineer digital products that create a world-class customer experience.

About the Role
  • Collaborate with leaders, business analysts, and engineers to develop AI solutions that meet business requirements.
  • Maintain and enhance existing enterprise services using domain-driven design and test-driven development.
  • Troubleshoot complex issues and implement solutions.
  • Create project specifications, requirements, and estimates.
  • Research and implement new AI technologies to enhance processes, security, and performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and implement large-scale machine learning applications in hosted production environments.
  • Partner with experts to build scalable and impactful AI solutions using cutting-edge technologies.
  • Develop and implement governance frameworks and controls for responsible AI.
  • Monitor model performance and implement strategies for bias mitigation and explainability.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or related technical discipline.
  • 3+ years of full SDLC experience designing, developing, and implementing large-scale machine learning applications.
  • Proficiency in Python, Databricks, Azure AI Foundry services, and database and persistence frameworks.
  • Experience with AI/ML Frameworks, MLOps Tools, and Build/deployment tools.
