Job Title: Quality Assurance Expert

We are looking for a talented Quality Assurance Expert with expertise in software quality engineering to join our team. As a Senior Quality Engineer, you will play a key role in ensuring the quality of our software products through effective testing strategies and automation.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in test automation frameworks (e.g., Selenium, Cypress, Playwright) and integrating them into CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Jenkins, Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions).

About the Role:

  • Design and execute end-to-end test strategies for critical business initiatives.
  • Implement AI-powered testing and analysis tools (e.g., test generation, risk prediction, smart reporting).
  • Develop deep understanding of secure software development and automated security testing practices.
  • Promote Agile, Scrum, DevSecOps, and AI-driven methodologies within the organization.
  • Cultivate excellent communication, stakeholder management, and influencing skills.

Requirements:

  • Tertiary qualification in Computer Science, Engineering, IT, or related field.
  • At least 10 years' experience in software quality engineering, including large-scale, complex projects.
  • ISTQB Advanced certification is preferred.
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., Azure, AWS) and microservices architectures is highly desirable.
