Job Opportunity: Quality Assurance Expert

About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Quality Assurance Specialist to ensure seamless learning experiences for students. This role requires expertise in manual and automated testing, problem-solving abilities, and a strong commitment to product excellence.

  • Develop and maintain test plans, test cases, and test scripts to guarantee the highest quality of our product.
  • Perform functional, regression, integration, and performance testing to identify defects and improve workflows.
  • Collaborate with developers and designers to identify root causes of defects and ensure timely fixes.
  • Create and maintain test documentation to enhance QA processes.
  • Conduct manual testing and build automated test suites for faster release cycles.
  • Evaluate usability, accessibility, and cross-browser/cross-device compatibility.
  • Track and report bugs using JIRA/Trello; manage testing cycles with TestRail or similar tools.
Key Qualifications
  • Minimum 1 year of QA experience, preferably in a product-based company.
  • Proficiency with test management tools (TestRail, Zephyr, etc.) and bug tracking systems (JIRA, Trello).
  • Familiarity with cloud-based testing platforms (BrowserStack, Sauce Labs, etc.).
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate across teams.
