The Role

We're seeking an experienced Creative Lead to join our team and drive the development of our brand and product promise. As the owner and custodian of our creative vision, you'll lead a talented team of designers, copywriters, social media managers, videographers, and other creatives to produce outstanding work that inspires and delights our audience.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Leading brainstorming sessions with your team to develop innovative ideas and solutions that align with our business objectives;
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to plan and execute campaigns that drive engagement and conversion;
  • Mentoring and guiding your team members to help them grow professionally and personally;
  • Reviewing and approving all creative work to ensure high-quality deliverables that meet our standards.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • A proven track record as a creative lead or director in a similar field;
  • Hands-on experience in creative process, marketing, graphic design, and brand development;
  • A natural eye for great copy and design, as well as an insightful understanding of consumer behavior and market trends;
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate your team.
