Job Description

We are seeking a Chief Creative Strategist to join our team and shape the brand's creative direction. As a key member of our leadership team, you will craft compelling narratives, develop creative strategies, and ensure consistent storytelling across all platforms.

You will work closely with our CEO, marketing manager, designers, and external creators to bring concepts to life, elevating our presence and impact. Your role will involve defining and maintaining the brand's tone, voice, and visual identity, as well as developing innovative formats and experimenting with new approaches to video editing, sound design, and motion graphics.

Key Responsibilities
  • Brand Positioning and Strategy: Define and maintain the brand's tone, voice, and visual identity to align with its travel ethos. Develop creative strategies that enhance brand recognition and resonate with the target audience.
  • Content Ideation and Development: Conceptualise and script video content that inspires wanderlust and showcases the brand's unique travel experiences. Write compelling copy for ads, email campaigns, website pages, and social media posts.
  • Campaign Planning and Execution: Design and execute video-first campaigns that amplify the brand's presence and generate engagement. Collaborate with internal teams to align content with marketing and sales goals.
  • Creative Direction: Lead video production efforts by working with directors, videographers, and editors to ensure the output reflects the brand's vision. Oversee the creation of visual and copy assets to maintain a cohesive look and feel across all content.
  • Storytelling and Narrative Development: Craft immersive and relatable travel stories that connect emotionally with the audience. Experiment with long-form and short-form storytelling formats.

  • An idea machine with a knack for conceptualizing and scripting video content.
  • Experience in developing creative strategies that align with brand identity and audience needs.
  • A portfolio showcasing innovative video and copy projects that have driven audience engagement.
  • Able to hold the reigns of visual and copy consistency across touchpoints.
  • A natural team player who can guide and mentor others while maintaining high creative standards.
