Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced data professional to lead our organization's data strategy and drive business growth through data-driven decision making.

  • The ideal candidate should have a fully technical background and no prior experience in non-technical roles, as well as a deep understanding of machine learning algorithms and their applications in industry.
  • They must be proficient in Python, deep learning frameworks (TensorFlow/PyTorch), and NLP tools like Huggingface and SpaCy, with hands-on experience in cloud computing (AWS/Azure) and MLOps.
  • The ability to design, develop, and implement complex data solutions is essential, as well as strong communication and project management skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement a comprehensive data strategy that aligns with business goals and objectives.
  2. Analyze and improve the performance of existing machine learning models by optimizing algorithms, tuning hyperparameters, and using advanced techniques such as transfer learning and reinforcement learning.
  3. Conduct research on the latest trends in data science, machine learning, and AI, and incorporate new findings into the development process.
  4. Lead cross-functional teams to design, develop, and deploy data-driven solutions that drive business growth and improvement.
  5. Mentor junior data scientists and engineers to ensure knowledge sharing and skill development.
  6. Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices in data science and engineering.

Requirements:

  • 8+ years of experience in data science and engineering
  • Strong background in machine learning and deep learning
  • Proficiency in Python and relevant libraries
  • Experience with cloud computing and MLOps
  • Excellent communication and project management skills
