Customer Support Representative Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Support Representative to join our team. This role will involve interacting with customers, providing technical assistance, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.

Responsibilities:
  • Maintain a positive and empathetic attitude towards customers at all times.
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries via email and provide detailed solutions to their technical issues.
  • Handle inbound calls from customers and assist them in troubleshooting problems.
  • Develop in-depth knowledge of our products and services to effectively answer customer queries.
  • Take prompt action on customer complaints and incidents according to standard procedures.
  • Document customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints in accordance with standard protocols.
  • Collaborate with colleagues as necessary to ensure effective customer support.
  • Familiarize yourself with company compliance regulations related to workflow.
  • Provide feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • A bachelor's degree or higher in any field.
  • Basic knowledge of computer networking and technical certifications.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi.
  • Prior experience in EJ operations is advantageous.
  • Ability to work flexible shifts, including mornings, afternoons, nights, and weekends.
  • Organizational skills and ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • Effective communication and coordination skills with customers and various departments associated with EJ services.
