We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Support Representative to join our team. This role will involve interacting with customers, providing technical assistance, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
Responsibilities:- Maintain a positive and empathetic attitude towards customers at all times.
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries via email and provide detailed solutions to their technical issues.
- Handle inbound calls from customers and assist them in troubleshooting problems.
- Develop in-depth knowledge of our products and services to effectively answer customer queries.
- Take prompt action on customer complaints and incidents according to standard procedures.
- Document customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints in accordance with standard protocols.
- Collaborate with colleagues as necessary to ensure effective customer support.
- Familiarize yourself with company compliance regulations related to workflow.
- Provide feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.
- A bachelor's degree or higher in any field.
- Basic knowledge of computer networking and technical certifications.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Prior experience in EJ operations is advantageous.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including mornings, afternoons, nights, and weekends.
- Organizational skills and ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Effective communication and coordination skills with customers and various departments associated with EJ services.
