Job Overview

Key Responsibilities
  1. Lead and manage a high-performing credit vertical team fostering a collaborative environment that aligns with organizational goals.
  2. Develop strategic relationships with CXO-level leaders at banks and financial institutions ensuring seamless coordination and timely loan disbursements through proactive engagement.
  3. Closely coordinate with regional credit agencies to oversee the entire credit lifecycle ensuring efficiency transparency and adherence to best practices.
  4. Conduct sector center and transaction-level assessments utilizing portfolio analytics and credit risk analysis to inform decision-making engaging banking partners for feedback.
  5. Review validate payment schedules and loan agreements with meticulous attention to detail guaranteeing completeness accuracy and compliance.
  6. Monitor report on loan approvals and disbursements delivering clear updates to internal teams and external stakeholders for enhanced transparency and trust.
  7. Prepare present impact reports effectively articulating social and financial outcomes of credit initiatives amplifying the foundation's mission to diverse audiences.
Requirements
  • Minimum 5-8 years of experience in financial institutions such as Commercial Banks Cooperative Banks MFIs NABARD SIDBI or other NBFCs.
