Business Development Specialist - CRE & Construction Lending Platform

We are seeking an experienced Business Development Specialist to play a crucial role in the development and enhancement of our CRE & Construction loan origination and administration platform.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Elicit, analyze, and document detailed business requirements for CRE & Construction loan origination and post-closing administration, including draw management and disbursement processes.
  2. Conduct workshops, interviews, and surveys with stakeholders to understand their needs and pain points.
  3. Translate business needs into clear, concise, and testable user stories and acceptance criteria.
Product Development Expertise:
  1. Collaborate with product owners to define product vision, roadmap, and release plans.
  2. Contribute to the design and development of new features and functionalities for our loan origination and administration platform.
  3. Analyze existing systems and processes to identify areas for improvement and automation.
Construction Loan Monitoring Expertise:
  • Develop a deep understanding of construction loan processes, including budget management, draw requests, inspections, and disbursements.
Core Skills:

Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Business Development, Project Management, or related field.
