Medical Sales Executive

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Executive to join our team at Lifelancer. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth through strategic sales efforts.
The ideal candidate will have strong relationships with doctors and healthcare professionals in Delhi and the NCR region. You will need to organize daily meetings, build strong working relationships, and stay up-to-date with market developments to maximize sales opportunities.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Developing and executing sales strategies to achieve targets
- Maintaining and building relationships with key customers and partners
- Conducting market research and competitor analysis
- Identifying new business opportunities and developing proposals
- Reporting on sales performance and providing insights to improve sales strategies

Lifelancer offers a competitive salary package, including a base salary of ₹8-10 lakhs per annum, depending on experience. In addition, you will have the opportunity to work with a dynamic team, develop your skills and expertise, and contribute to the success of our company.
Key Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Life Sciences, Marketing)
- Minimum 5 years of sales experience in the pharmaceutical industry
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and expanding customer relationships
- Strong knowledge of market trends and competitor activity
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
