Job Title: HR Finance Lead

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and skilled professional to manage the financial operations of our organization. This is a dynamic role that requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as excellent communication and leadership abilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Management: Oversee the flow of money across the company, ensuring accurate and timely payments, reconciliations, and invoicing.
  • Vendor Management: Coordinate vendor registrations, handle invoicing, and perform follow-ups to ensure smooth relationships.
  • Taxation and Compliance: Manage taxation, GST, TDS, and statutory filings to maintain regulatory compliance.
  • Financial Discipline: Enforce financial discipline across all departments, promoting transparency and accountability.
Additional HR Responsibilities
  • Recruitment and Onboarding: Coordinate recruitment efforts and onboard new joiners, ensuring a seamless transition into the organization.
  • Employee Records and Payroll: Maintain accurate employee records, process payroll, and manage contracts.
  • Team Support: Provide guidance and support to team members, fostering a positive and inclusive work culture.
  • Performance Management: Develop and implement performance review systems, appraisals, and leave management processes.
Requirements
  • Finance Background: Possess a strong foundation in finance or accounting, preferably with a commerce background.
  • HR Operations: Have a thorough understanding of HR operations, with a people-first approach.
  • Organizational Skills: Be highly organized, reliable, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in fast-paced environments.
  • Technical Skills: Excel/Google Sheets proficiency is essential for this role.
