**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Customer Relations Specialist to join our team at WorkQuest India. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced professional to take on a challenging role and drive sales growth while maintaining exceptional customer satisfaction.

**Responsibilities:

  1. Lead Generation and Development:
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities by generating leads through proactive market research, cold calling, and networking.
  • Conduct thorough analysis of potential customers and industries to identify product and service offerings that meet their needs.
  1. Customer Communication and Relationship Building:
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers through effective communication, persuasive skills, and regular follow-ups.
  • Cultivate trust and loyalty by addressing customer inquiries and concerns promptly and providing excellent customer service.
  1. CRM Data Management and Order Processing:
  • Accurately record customer details, interactions, and purchase orders in the CRM system, ensuring data accuracy and completeness.
  • Process customer purchases efficiently, collaborating with internal departments to coordinate order processing and delivery logistics.
  1. Collaboration with Outside Sales Team:
  • Work closely with the outside sales team to share promising leads and relevant customer information, ensuring a seamless sales process.
  • Assist in developing strategies to maximize sales opportunities and meet revenue targets, driving business growth and expansion.

**Requirements:**

  • Proven experience in sales, customer service, or a related field, preferably in a similar role.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills, with the ability to persuade and influence customers effectively.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems, data entry practices, and order processing procedures.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work under pressure to meet deadlines and targets.
  • Results-driven mindset, with a passion for achieving sales growth and delivering exceptional customer satisfaction.

**Salary:** ₹600,000 - ₹900,000 per annum (dependent on qualifications and experience).
