Job Title: Travel Experience Manager

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented travel professional to join our team as Expert Customer Success – Inbound Tours.

In this role, you will be the key link between international travel partners and on-ground suppliers, curating unforgettable experiences for FITs and groups.

  • Manage and respond to B2B travel queries from international agents.
  • Design customised itineraries with accurate costing and creative experiences.
  • Handle end-to-end bookings with hotels, transport, guides, and other partners.
  • Oversee travel documentation and provide real-time tour support.
  • Maintain proactive follow-ups on payments, confirmations, and client updates.
  • Stay updated on destination trends to deliver innovative solutions.
  • Ensure seamless operations and a high level of client satisfaction.

You will work closely with our team to design and deliver tailor-made holidays, group journeys, and incentive programs.

The ideal candidate will have 5–9 years of experience in inbound operations, strong knowledge of India & the Subcontinent, and excellent communication skills in English.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
