About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated Sales professional to join our team in crafting customized holiday packages for premium destinations like Europe, Australia, and New Zealand. As a Sales Manager/Sales Executive Outbound Leisure Holidays, you will be responsible for understanding client preferences, budgets, and travel interests to create tailor-made itineraries.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Understand client needs and preferences to design personalized holiday packages.
  • Create and present detailed custom itineraries for international destinations.
  • Develop new leads, convert walk-ins/inquiries, and maintain strong relationships with clients.
  • Stay updated on the latest travel trends, hotels, tours, and visa requirements for outbound destinations.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to ensure smooth execution of travel plans.
  • Foster high levels of customer satisfaction and repeat business through exceptional service.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • Prior experience in selling customized international holiday packages.
  • Deep destination knowledge, especially for Europe, Australia, or New Zealand.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Crm knowledge and ability to manage multiple client portfolios.
  • A customer-centric attitude with attention to detail and service excellence.
