Job Title: System Performance Specialist

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to join our team as a System Performance Specialist. The ideal candidate will have 2-4 years of relevant experience in system architecture, configuration management, and performance monitoring.

Main Responsibilities:

  • System Performance Monitoring: Extensive knowledge of Linux and Windows systems, including system architecture and configuration management tools.
  • Alerts and Dashboards: Proficient in setting up alerts, dashboards, and analyzing metrics/logs for system performance and reliability.
  • Networking Protocols: Familiarity with TCP/IP, HTTP, DNS, and Load Balancing protocols.
  • Monitoring Tools: Experienced with monitoring tools like Grafana, Prometheus, and Loki.
  • Incident Response: Strong in incident response and troubleshooting techniques.
  • Root Cause Investigations: Capable of conducting root cause investigations.
  • CIDevelopment Pipelines: Experienced in CI/CD pipelines.
  • Automation: Proficient in automating tasks for enhanced efficiency and reliability.
  • System Analysis: Skilled in analyzing complex systems and identifying potential issues.
  • DevOps Technologies: Hands-on experience with Devops Kubernetes, Docker, and Terraform.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with technical teams; adept at documenting processes and conveying technical concepts clearly.
