Performance Optimization Specialist

Key Responsibilities:
  • Proficient experience using performance test tools like LoadRunner and a deep understanding of APM tools such as AppDynamics, Dynatrace, and New Relic.
  • Strong hands-on experience with Web-HTTP, Java Vuser, and Webservice protocols.
  • Ability to work independently across requirement analysis, designing, execution, and result analysis phases.
  • Develop customized codes in Java and C for optimizing and enhancing VuGen scripts.
  • Analyze test results and collaborate with development teams for issue triaging and bug fixes.
  • Deep understanding of operating system internals, file systems, disk/storage, networking protocols, and emerging technologies like cloud infrastructure.
  • Monitor and extract production performance statistics, applying them to test environments with increased load to uncover performance issues.
  • Experience in monitoring databases and highlighting performance concerns.
  • Familiarity with finance and banking domain projects is advantageous.
Technical Skills:
  • LoadRunner - HTTP/HTML/Webservices protocol/Java Protocol
  • Monitoring Tools: AppDynamics/Dynatrace/CloudWatch/Splunk/Kibana/Grafana/Datadog
  • Database – SQL or Mongo
  • Unix basics
  • Cloud concepts – AWS/Azure
