We are seeking a seasoned Internal Audit Professional to enhance our team's effectiveness in Hyderabad. This role offers the opportunity to gain industry knowledge and make a meaningful impact on the organization.

Job Purpose: To conduct timely audits that reflect the highest professional standards, aligned with IIA and ICAI guidelines.

  • Audit Objectives:
  • Ensure all assigned audits are conducted with professionalism, adhering to defined procedures and SOPs.
  • Track open items from respective reviews, perform follow-ups, and update status.
  • Lead or participate in exit meetings with unit/HO management.
  • Release draft reports to auditees post review and discussions.
  • Update Pentana with audit findings.
  • Maintain and update audit checklists and plans.
  • Develop relationships with key stakeholders within the organization.
  • Assist in preparing ACM decks and presentations for senior management and the board.
  • Analyze BI reports and utilize assigned tools during audits.
  • Cover process, procurement, HR, legal compliance, SOX compliance, SOP governance, and risk governance audits.

This position requires strong analytical skills and the ability to work independently. The ideal candidate will have experience in conducting internal audits and possess excellent communication skills.
