Internal Audit Lead

Rain is seeking a seasoned Internal Audit professional to join its Global Internal Audit team.

The ideal candidate will possess in-depth knowledge of accounting standards, internal audit methodologies, and risk management practices.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and implementing audit plans to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
  • Leading audits and reviews to identify areas of improvement and recommend corrective actions.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement audit recommendations and drive business process improvements.

Required qualifications include:

  • A Chartered Accountant (CA) or Certified Internal Auditor (CIA) designation.
  • At least 7-10 years of experience in internal auditing, preferably in a manufacturing or process industry environment.
  • Strong technical skills, including proficiency in SAP and MS Office.

The successful candidate will be a strategic thinker with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. They will also possess the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
