Quality Assurance Specialist Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team.

Job Description:

As a Quality Assurance Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality standards in all aspects of our operations.

You will conduct audits and feedback sessions to improve scores for training throughput or conversion.

You will analyze data and create reports to identify areas for improvement.

You will participate in calibrations to ensure consistent scoring and feedback delivery approach.

You will communicate effectively with stakeholders to heighten awareness and focus on positive customer experience.

Responsibilities:
  1. Ensure high performance delivery on all quality parameters.
  2. Audit calls, chats/email interactions on Product/process, Communication and soft skills parameters.
  3. Conduct audits and feedback for the targeted population with the objective of improving scores for training throughput or conversion.
  4. Analyze data and make designated reports/decks.
  5. Participate in calibrations to ensure consistent scoring & feedback delivery approach.
  6. Communicate to heighten awareness and focus on importance of positive customer experience.
  7. Make recommendations and drive process improvement.
  8. Reduce learning curve and help enhance product/process knowledge of new joiners.
  9. Ensure that internal policies, procedures, and compliance regulations are being followed.
  10. Customer/Client Interactions by using process knowledge and highlighting key areas to work on.
  11. Prepare TNA, publish and execute for 100% closure.
  12. Real Time Support (Production/Live Support) on the floor as per the business requirement.
Requirements:
  • Prior experience in handling Quality for Outbound Sales.
