Production Quality auditor is playing a vital role for ensuring organizations produce products in accordance with industry standards, typically by identifying the quality standards relevant to their organization and evaluate how well the organization is meeting those standards. This may involve reviewing documentation, conducting interviews, observing operations, etc.

**Responsibilities**:
1. Review and assessing the exiting production procedures to ensure that it meets company standards for quality and accuracy.
2. Formulate & implement testing parameters for product testing to comply with industry quality standards.
3. Identify, estimate and correct deviations and defects in quality system process
4. Write assessment to record the number of incidents and where problem areas were identified including recommendations to improving processes to avoid further defects.
5. Coaching employees on quality standards and procedures.
6. Developing and implementing daily or weekly quality control audit plans.
7. Keep a track on current industrial quality standards and implement the same within the organization.
8. Conduct research on potential risks or issues that could impact the company in the future.
9. Conduct training sessions with engineering team on product quality control methods
10. Enhance product quality so as to achieve better performance to customers.

**Requirements**:
1. Master's/Bachelor' degree in Cmputer Science/ EEE/ECE.
2. 1-2 yeara of experience as a quality auditor in a IT-Hardware industry.
3. In-depth knowledge of IT product certification knowledge like BEE/BIS etc.
4. Solid understanding of basic IT Hardware production process.
5. Excellent leadership and communication skills.
6. Working knowledge of O.E.M
7. Should Understand Quality Metrics and be able to perform audits.
8. Understanding of operations reports & MIS.
9. Data-driven with strong analytical skills..
10. Immediate Joiners are preferred.
